To protect consumers' legal rights, improve the platform's shopping experience, and also consider the reasonable interests of merchants, Starry Sky Mall has formulated the following return policy, applicable to all transactions on the platform.

I. Scope of Application

1. This return policy applies to all orders completed through Starry Sky Mall.

2. Different product categories may have special return rules. If there are differences, they will be explained on the product page or at the time of purchase.

II. Return Conditions

Consumers may apply for a return under the following conditions:

1. Quality Issues: The product has obvious damage, serious defects, functional malfunctions, or other issues affecting normal use.

2. Wrong/Incomplete Shipment: The received product does not match the order information, or is missing required accessories or is insufficient in quantity.

3. Transportation Damage: Damage caused during logistics, confirmed by the logistics company or platform.

4. Starry Sky Mall's No-Reason Return Policy: For items marked "7-Day No-Reason Return Available" on the product page, consumers can apply for a return within 7 days of receipt, provided the item is in good condition.

The following situations are not eligible for returns:

• Damage caused by improper use by the consumer.

• Used or opened items that affect resale (e.g., food, customized items, intimate apparel, etc.).

• Items that have exceeded the return period.

III. Return Process

1. Consumers submit a return request in the "Order Center" and upload relevant supporting documents (photos/videos, etc.).

2. Starry Sky Mall or the merchant will review the return request within 2 business days.

3. After approval, consumers must return the item to the designated return address within the specified time and retain the tracking number.

4. After receiving the returned item and confirming its condition, the merchant or SnapPay will complete the refund within 7 business days.

IV. Return Shipping Costs

1. For returns due to quality issues, incorrect shipments, short shipments, or damage during transport, the merchant will bear the return shipping costs.

2. For returns initiated by the consumer for personal reasons (such as no-reason returns), the consumer will bear the return shipping costs.

V. Special Notes

1. Cross-border orders involve international shipping; return processing times may vary due to customs clearance or logistics delays. Starry Sky Mall will assist consumers in tracking these processes.

2. For large orders or special categories of goods, merchants may negotiate with consumers, and Starry Sky Mall will intervene to coordinate if necessary.

3. Starry Sky Mall reserves the right to adjust its return policy based on national laws and regulations, industry standards, and operational realities.

VI. Consumer Protection

If the merchant refuses to process or delays refunds during the return process, consumers can request Starry Sky Mall's intervention. Starry Sky Mall will verify the situation and protect the consumer's legal rights.
